Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned SNOW Functional Consultant ITOM to design, implement, and manage ITAM solutions using industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting, designing, and developing Service Asset & Configuration Management, as well as designing ServiceNow CMDB solutions that maintain CMDB integrity and support other ITSM processes. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement ITAM solutions using industry best practices Architect, design, and develop Service Asset & Configuration Management Design ServiceNow CMDB solutions that maintain CMDB integrity and support other ITSM processes Implement and manage asset, vulnerability, and Discovery integrations with other systems Develop and execute plans for updating CI data, including automated processes and discovery tools Integrate Discovery with ServiceNow CMDB and implement ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions Requirements: Mandatory Experience: 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow 8+ years of experience in the IT industry Experience in solutioning and designing ITAM solutions using industry best practices Hands-on experience with implementing CMDB, CSDM, SAM, and Service Catalogs in ServiceNow In-depth knowledge of data modeling and experience with integrations of Discovery with ServiceNow CMDB Desirable Experience: Experience working on CSM, ITAM, and ITOM projects Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and latest features Education and Certifications: Certified System Admin CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM certifications ITIL4 Foundations certification (preferred) Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience About Us: Trident Consulting is an award-winning IT/engineering staffing company founded in 2005 and headquartered in San Ramon, CA.
