Key Responsibilities Supervise and optimize warehouse activities, ensuring a smooth flow of components and equipment. Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies, predicting needs, overseeing stock levels, and maintaining organization. Negotiate favorable terms with vendors to achieve best pricing and punctual deliveries. Utilize advanced software tools to monitor inventory and refine operational processes. Required Skills Minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or materials management. Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to foster cross-team collaboration. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace. Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, food production, automotive, aerospace, or heavy equipment is advantageous. Familiarity with international shipping and customs regulations is a plus. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies such as 5S, Six Sigma, and Kaizen is beneficial. Valid forklift operator certification is preferred.
