Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead to join our remote team, responsible for the day-to-day administration of staff to ensure the effective fulfillment of Aetna's post-service requests. As a Team Lead, you will be accountable for building and maintaining high-performing teams, driving customer-centric responses to requests, and ensuring the achievement of financial, operational, and quality targets.
