As a Team Lead in our Fulfillment Transportation team, you'll be responsible for shift tasks, performance management, and driving functional excellence. Key Responsibilities: Define, build, and execute transportation processes from FC to customers using our Sort Center network Measure performance, provide feedback, and hold Process Assistants accountable for their presentation and capabilities Identify proactive ways to share best practices across divisions, shifts, and the organization Recruit, train, and develop a highly motivated workforce for SC teams, with support from HR and training teams Collaborate with Finance, CS, FC, and Operations teams to resolve SC operational issues Continuously improve the SC process and achieve a sustained level of performance standards Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve presentation Address functional and staff issues affecting the functional area Implement conventional process control and cycle improvement elements Be flexible to work any shift, 7 days/24 hours, including holidays Supervisory responsibility for at least 100 hourly employees Requirements: Bachelor's degree Fluent in English (written, spoken, and reading) Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or customer-facing environment About Amazon Benefits: Medical Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Discounts Retirement Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Parental Leave Career Development opportunities Stock Options Flexible Work Arrangements Transportation Assistance Take the Next Step Are you ready for this challenge?
