Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with existing and potential members to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service
- Process incoming and outgoing sales-focused phone calls, presenting offers and resolving member issues
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry developments
- Exercise exceptional customer service skills to optimize each contact with members
- Hold and maintain required annual state license certification and appointment to sell client products
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required, with additional education preferred
- Active and current health or health and life/accident home state license required
- Minimum one year of telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to express assurance, confidence, and empathy
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
