Job Title: Remote Weekend Client Intake Specialist Location Requirement: This is a remote position, but applicants must reside in South Carolina, North Carolina, or Ohio. Schedule Requirement: This is a weekend-only position. About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and driven Client Intake Specialist to join our team on weekends. In this remote, weekends-only role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking in-home care services. You’ll manage a high volume of inbound leads, guide them through the intake process, and help set the stage for our care team to take the next steps. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management • Make 50-60 outbound follow-up calls per day to leads from platforms such as A Place for Mom and AgingCare.com • Manage relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up, even over long lead cycles (up to 12 months) • Follow up on weekend social media inquiries and geofenced ad responses Appointment Setting • Pre-qualify leads during intake calls to determine service eligibility • Schedule assessments for qualified leads and maintain accuracy in scheduling CRM & Administrative Support • Accurately update WellSky and HubSpot with lead status, call notes, and appointment details • Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless handoff and ongoing follow-up • Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and urgent weekend inquiries promptly Skills & Qualifications • Strong phone-based sales or client intake experience • Comfortable managing 50-60 calls per day • Prior experience in home care, healthcare intake, or lead generation preferred • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems (training provided) • Basic understanding of social media platforms and lead handling • Must be available and reliable on weekends (Saturday & Sunday only) Tools You’ll Use • CRM Systems: WellSky, HubSpot • Communication: Microsoft Teams, Clarity (phone system) • Email: Microsoft Outlook Ideal Candidate Traits • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Friendly, confident communicator with a customer-first mindset • Comfortable handling objections and guiding client conversations • Self-motivated and able to work independently during weekend shifts Performance Expectations • Daily Calls: 50-60 • Assessments Booked: 15-20 per weekend • Lead Response Time: Respond to hot leads within 15 minutes • CRM Accuracy: Consistently updated with correct and timely data First 90 Days Goals • Complete training in WellSky and HubSpot • Develop a strong process for weekend lead follow-up and appointment scheduling • Fully integrate into the intake team with reliable weekend performance • Ensure timely communication with the weekday sales and intake teams This is a great opportunity for someone seeking consistent weekend remote work while making a meaningful impact by supporting families in need of home care services.
