Role: Data Analyst Location: Remote Duration: Long term Contract Job Description: The candidate will work as Business Support for the Data Management & Analytics team. The role will focus on empowering business users to leverage our data assets with confidence. The activities might include, but not limited to, the following: • Triaging/responding to questions from business about our data assets (datasets, reports, and dashboards). • Providing guidance to business users on how to user the tools in our data stack (PowerBI, SQL databases, Databricks, etc.). • Identify, analyze, and document recurring business questions that are not well covered by existing data assets and solutions. Job profile, communication, and technical skills: • Must be proficient basic data analysis and wrangling tasks, in a variety of contexts/toolings • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerBI, and SQL databases is a must. • Knowledge of programming languages R or Python is a plus but not required • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. • Excellent communication skills is must. • Ability to present technical topics/issues to non-technical. • Ability to write concise, clear documentations • Have a working knowledge of Agile/Scrum process is a plus.
