Key Responsibilities of House Supervisor...  Manages, delegates, and oversees the tasks of Food Service Staff, ensuring smooth operations within the department.  Creates schedules and assigns duties to staff, while also preparing payroll data for input.  Supervises the proper storage and handling of food and supplies to maintain quality and safety standards.  Monitors the cleanliness of kitchen, storage, and dining areas, as well as equipment maintenance.  Conducts tray checks to ensure accuracy according to specified menus, occasionally assisting with meal service.  Manages menu ticket adjustments, printing meal tickets, and inputting menu and food preference data.  Plans and coordinates food preparation for special events.  Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to address patients' physical, psychological, and social needs. Requirements of the position:  Minimum of one year of experience as a Food Service Supervisor in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation facility.  High school diploma or equivalent is required.  Proficiency in communication and computer skills is essential.  Possession of NYS food service certification.  Previous experience as a Sous-Chef is considered advantageous Apply Job!  Ready to Apply?
