Job Details: • Flexible full-time or part-time hours • 1099 contract with renewal opportunities • Customizable caseload What You'll Do: • Assess & Evaluate: Conduct virtual assessments to understand students' needs and determine eligibility for special education services. • Create & Implement: Develop tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that align with each student’s unique learning goals. • Teach & Support: Provide engaging instruction and support through our online platform to ensure student progress. • Collaborate: Work closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a seamless educational experience. • Document: Keep precise records of student progress, services provided, and communication. What We’re Looking For: • Educational Background: Master’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field. • Certification: Valid state teaching certification in Special Education. • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Special Education role. • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology for virtual instruction and assessments. • Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect and build rapport in a virtual setting. • Commitment: Dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to students with diverse needs.
