Job Summary of Retail Associate:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Associate:
• Display excellent customer service by showing a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Ensure that the sales floor and stock areas are kept clean and organized.
• Support in inventory handling, restocking inventory, and arranging items for display.
• Skillfully manage Point of Sale (POS) transactions for accuracy.
• Collaborate with the store staff to create a pleasant and operational space.
Qualifications and Experience of Retail Associate:
• At least 16 years of age is necessary to meet the criteria.
• Readiness to adjust work hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Competency in elementary math principles is vital.
• Excellent communication skills paired with interpersonal strengths.
