Duties Provide support to Relationship Managers in managing client relationships Provide support to Compliance Specialists in completing annual year end work Interact with investment providers, plan sponsors, participants, and advisors Track communication, documents and data Attend team, department, and company trainings Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines at the same time Provide backup front desk coverage Actively contribute to a positive team environment Own all procedures and tasks assigned to the Internal Support Roles and regularly update checklists Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Vice President Qualifications Should have strong computer skills including typing and 10-key, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Ability to learn new software and processes quickly Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work with an ability to maintain an organized+approach to duties and responsibilities Must be well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Must be able to work well within a team Obtain RPF Certification within the first 12 months of accepting this position Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree or work equivalent preferred. Retirement plan administration experience is preferred. Physical Requirements - This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
