Job Responsibilities:
– Provide a weekly summary of sales reports and performance.
– Secure timely reports for the cluster, including but not limited to Sales Data, Sales Performance, Incentive Performance, Tripping, and Expenses.
– Assist in sales booking and documentation for PropertyPro clients.
– Ensure monthly commissions are accurately collected and Monitor Sales Generated Funds of the sales team.
– Track commissions and incentives for sellers.
– Interact closely with different departments to identify potential solutions for CRM system and process-related issues.
– Conduct pre-screening and fulfill client requirements, which involves direct coordination with clients and developers to complete documents and resolve pending obligations.
– Act as a supplementary tele-sales resource for initiatives and projects, primarily to support sales agents in similar tasks and activities.
Qualifications:
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Accounting
– At least 1 years work experience in dynamic, relational customer database management
– Has good communication, presentation, influencing and organizational skills.
– Competent in managing data with Google Suite (Excel, Presentations, Charts, etc)
