Salesforce Developer/Admin (Remote)

Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Salesforce Developer in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be joining the team developing our Salesforce applications. Working as a member of an agile team, you’ll be responsible for developing new features and enhancements, and for supporting existing development for our customized Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Work with scrum team to design solutions based on technical requirements
• Develop solutions within the sprint cycle
• Work with test team to troubleshoot and resolve bugs
• Troubleshoot and resolve production defects
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation; provide new functionalities and solutions as needed
• Work with Salesforce to troubleshoot and resolve open issues as needed
• Assist with sandbox and certificate management

Requirements:
• 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning
• Experience developing Lightning components and custom Apex classes
• Diagnose issues from error codes, logging, de-bugging in process builder, workflows, etc.
• Research problems to enable effectively triaging problems and providing resolutions
• Prioritize workload and assist where needed without direction
• High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and development processes

Preferred Experience / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology field or related experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Experience with Vlocity
• Familiarity with Copado
• Understanding of databases (SQL, Entity Relationships, etc.)
