What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 for electric distribution projects
– Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure schedule accuracy
– Perform critical path analysis, resource loading, and schedule forecasting
– Monitor project progress and provide regular updates, variance reports, and recovery plans
– Support change management by assessing schedule impacts of scope changes and delays
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
– Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the utility or EPC industry
– Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required
– Strong understanding of electric distribution systems and construction workflows
– Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– PMP, PMI-SP, or AACE certification
– Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Power BI, or schedule analytics platforms
– Experience with earned value management (EVM), resource planning, and schedule risk analysis
