Seeking Outbound Sales – Targeted Cold Calling – Fixed Project Specifications Below*

We are seeking outbound sales support (Cold Calling – Targeted / Telemarketing) from professional(s) who are skilled at talking on the phone (communication skills), gauging interest & assessing opportunities, and are fluent/native English speaker(s).

This is a one-month, one-time, fixed-price job offering of $3,200

We expect:

– 4,000-5,000 Total Calls Made (200-250 Calls/Day)

-160 Hours Committed (40 HRs/Week x4 Weeks)

What we want:

– Call Notes & Data or Transcript/Logs [Decision Makers, Email Addresses, Gauging Interest in Printer/Copier/Service Contracts and relaying this information to us in a timely manner].

– Contract End Dates: the hired should be able to determine a Contract Ending Date for a Copier Lease or Printer/Copier Servicer and provide that data.

– Setting appointments for us to meet with them are not necessary, though appreciated.

We sell, service, & supply printers & copiers (as well as other office equipment/MPS, & software) in the Tampa, FL (and surrounding counties listed below) area. We are family owned & operated and have been incorporated since 2019. We have an A+ Better Business Bureau Rating.

– BROTHER MFPs/printers.

– Our Trained Field Technicians who will go to customer sites and fix issues with their copiers/printers. This can be anything from Jamming/Parts Swap/Error Codes/ Etc. They work any make/model/brand.

– Toner Cartridge Sales

– Software – Workflow / Data

– Networking / IT Support

OFFERING #1

The SEL program should be tailored to small to mid-sized, 1-10 User Operations, or businesses that currently use a printer or multi-functional desktop (or fleet).

Regardless of what they use currently, this program offers the new device, service, and supplies all rolled into one low monthly payment.

WHY WE WIN: This is like getting a Brand-New Car, plus all of the Gas it needs, AND the Maintenance it needs as issues come up, all for a super low monthly rate.

Our SEL Target is for you to source 75 Prospects (0.0167% of calls, AVG) who are interested enough to allow us to send information to them about this program.

OFFERING #2:

CED – Contract End Dates [See below for information*]

This should be tailored to larger, 10+ User Operations, or businesses that currently use a copier or are in a Lease/Service Contract.

If they are in a contract with another copier dealer/servicer, then we’d like to find out when that Lease or Service Agreement comes to an end. That way we can compete for the business when they are ready. This should be fairly simple, as we can beat ANY competitors pricing.

We’d like you to obtain (written or verbal) Any and all Contract Information, such as Device Make/Model, Ending Date of a Contract or Lease, what their current payments are, and what else might be included in that current deal. Also gauge how happy they are with current Partner/Technician/Leasing Company.

WHY WE WIN: We guarantee that whatever they are paying now, we will save them money or get them a better deal – If we can’t, we’ll give them a free $25 VISA GIFT CARD. See more Information (attached). This should help you get information for the below target.

Our CED Target is for you to obtain information on 100 Contracts (0.0222% of calls, AVG) who will provide information we need and will allow us to compete for their Leased Copier (we would upgrade what they have now) or for their monthly Maintenance business.
• Note: Contract End Dates are the date in which a contract for Lease or Dealer comes to an end. Lease Agreements are typically 48-60 months and Service Agreements are typically 12-months. We want to know when these are coming up (even if they are over a year away) so that we can bid to win their business when the timing is right. Also worth noting is that if they are unhappy with their current service or equipment, we can sometimes buy out their agreements early. Any data or information you can get, the better equipped we’ll be to win that business. This is a fact: in a fair bid process, we win the business over seventy percent of the time because we there’s almost always money to be saved.

We will provide the lists of contacts/prospects for you. Many of them have unique qualifiers, like one might be a CHAMBER OF COMMERCE List, meaning that when you call you can go the route of “I see that you’re in the Manatee Chamber, we are offering a strong deal for businesses like yours for a new Printer. Do you currently have a copier or printer that you’re using now?” This makes them more targeted than traditional cold calling.

We have great feedback and reviews on GOOGLE, and we have ample sources of referrals and client testimony to validate us in almost every field. I’ve attached some for reference if needed when speaking on the phone.

This is a fixed project for 160 Hours and capped at $3,200, however if we are pleased with the return and information, we aren’t opposed to re-hiring for recurring sales outbound/outreach projects.
