Position Summary
The Senior Associate AMS Support will be an integral member of the team supporting Highstreet partners as they convert and transition to adopting Highstreet’s Gold Standard Applied Epic.
Introducing Applied Epic to Highstreet is a long-term, high-priority, enterprise-wide initiative. Our goal is to activate organic growth potential where our partners feel supported by efficient workflows, shared resources, and analytical insights benefiting from quality data capture.
The Senior Associate will provide Operational end-user training for agencies as they migrate to Applied Epic and occasionally onsite Go-Live support. The position will also provide the following to existing agencies live on Epic: advanced training for existing staff, as well as training and support of other software within the Business Systems or Retail Operations ecosystem.
Day-to-day, this role will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams across Highstreet (Data, Technology, Finance, Legal and HR) and will work alongside multiple strategic service providers.

Key Areas of Responsibility
As the organization grows, roles will evolve, and areas of focus will be identified and prioritized by the team. The following is not intended to be all encompassing; however, examples of initial areas of focus include:
• Train new operations/servicing staff on all related tasks in Applied Epic either onsite or virtually
• Train and support operations servicing staff on any Business Systems or Retail Operations software that is used at Highstreet Agencies
• Provide support and guidance to existing agencies regarding workflow questions
• Provide input as needed for updates to workflows and processes
• Support the Digital Adoption Studio team
Desired Competencies
• 2 + years hands-on experience with Applied Epic
• 2 + years experience training staff on Applied Epic software and workflows
• Experience working in an Insurance Agency preferred
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Ability to connect, influence, and execute using video, phone, and in-person modes
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, as well as Outlook and Word
• Ability to Travel 25%
