We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cell Therapy Account Specialist to join our Commercial team in Philadelphia. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting our innovative cell therapies to patients in need.

Job Summary

The Senior Cell Therapy Account Specialist will be responsible for representing our products and services to a defined customer base, generating and growing sales, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets within a specific geographic area. You will drive multiple myeloma CAR-T brand choice amongst institution-based oncology customers, develop comprehensive understanding of our products and competitor products, and navigate complex account environments to understand the needs and issues of various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and promote our cell therapies to healthcare professionals
  • Develop and execute account business plans to meet customer needs and achieve corporate goals
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including oncologists, hematologists, and other key stakeholders
  • Provide insights and feedback to cross-functional teams on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to achieve business objectives
  • Represent our company at national and local symposiums, conventions, and other industry events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 4 years of oncology healthcare sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives, preferably in specialty markets
  • Experience with cell therapy, bone marrow transplant, and multiple myeloma
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and selling skills
  • Able to travel 75% of the time
