As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, innovation, and excellence in our content operations, working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. Job Summary: Lead global teams of content evaluators, defining and implementing content evaluation strategies that support business objectives. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Content, Product, and Marketing teams. Drive innovation in content evaluation, leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence to improve workflows and processes. Set vision, goals, and performance standards for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with technology, operations, and product leaders to drive progress in content discovery and evaluation. Responsibilities: Lead and manage high-performing teams, providing coaching, development, and guidance to ensure success. Develop and execute content evaluation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership, product, and marketing teams. Drive innovation and process improvements, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in a related field, including content metadata, audience engagement, content curation, or similar. Proven experience in managing large teams or teams of managers. Deep understanding of consumer behavior and discovery habits, with a strong analytical mindset. Experience in running global, distributed, and remote-first teams.
