As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager, you will play a key role in driving cloud adoption and delivering successful migration programs for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead cloud transformation projects across IT groups and specialty units, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with multi-disciplinary teams. Develop and implement successful migration programs, shaping the Client Solutions Management capability and defining new processes, techniques, and tools. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business vision, culture, and processes, and ensuring their needs are accurately represented within AWS. Proselytize AWS services and influence clients to adopt the optimal solution at the right time, using your technical and business expertise to drive cloud adoption. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, technology, engineering, math, business, or related fields). 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of thought leadership, business case development, and successful program delivery. Ability to work across wide functional groups, with a history of problem-solving and innovation in delivering technology projects. Business English language skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of AWS services and solutions. Proven ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous conditions, with a strong capacity for self-motivation and collaboration.
