About the Position: The Senior Data Analyst role at Target is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of our supply chain strategy and performance through expert data analysis and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to supply chain problem-solving with a focus on expense and efficiency, driving business growth and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to drive data-driven decisions and influence change, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights in supply chain performance, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Mentor and develop less experienced analysts on the team, sharing your expertise and helping to build a high-performing team. Develop impactful visualizations and insights, communicating complex data concepts to business partners in a clear and compelling manner. Build expertise in data capabilities, integrating with business partners and other data teams to accelerate the product development lifecycle and drive business outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience in supply chain management, data analytics, or a related field. Experience gathering and analyzing datasets with various coding languages (Python, SQL, R), with an interest in further developing these skills. Experience with Target's database and reporting platforms, such as Greenfield or BigRed, or similar technologies. Ability to work under ambiguous direction, self-directing, self-motivating, and figuring out the optimal path forward in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
