Business Requirements Translation : Translate business requirements into exact product specifications to guide development. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree : A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics). Experience : 2+ years of experience creating Examination, Measurable, or AI models to extract insights and address business challenges, ideally in a retail setting. Web Analysis : Capability in web analysis and visitor segmentation using data to drive informed decisions and improve online experiences. Leadership : Lead small teams in quick and accurate data analysis, feature definition, and creative problem-solving for business challenges. Problem-Solving : Ability to work on complex issues, creating data-driven stories for direction. Cloud Platform/Tech : Cloud platform/tech capability. AI or Machine Learning : Aptitude in AI or machine learning methods. Troubleshooting : Ability in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Adaptability : Successful in fast-moving, changing environments. Preferred Qualifications Project Management : Familiarity with various project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum).
