Senior Front‑End / Full‑Stack Developer Needed for High‑Performance Website Facelift

We need a sharp developer to modernize 4–5 core templates on our site to:

-Improve UX/UI (mobile‑first, cleaner hierarchy)

-Lift conversion rates (CRO‑minded CTAs, faster perceived load)

-Meet reasonable Core Web Vitals targets (LCP ≤ 2.8 s, CLS ≤ 0.1, INP ≤ 200 ms) without changing current URLs.

Stack: WordPress + Pagebuilder. Work happens in staging site and pushed to prod after QA and approval.

Scope of Work

Quick Audit (Day 1–3)

-Light UX review + capture CWV baselines.

Design & Prototype (Week 1)

-Wireframes + high‑fidelity mockups for the 4–5 templates.

Build (Week 2–3)

-Re‑code templates, lazy‑load assets, add semantic markup & WCAG 2.1 AA.

QA & Launch (Week 4)

-Cross‑device smoke tests, verify CWV, push live with rollback plan.

14‑Day Bug‑Fix Window after launch.

Must‑Have Skills

-Advanced HTML/CSS/SCSS + modern JS (ES6+).

Experience cutting CWV on live sites (share metrics).

CRO awareness (placement of CTAs, F‑pattern, etc.).

Familiarity with PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse.

Proposal Checklist – Keep it Short

-2–3 live URLs you improved (no screenshots).

-One‑paragraph plan for hitting CWV & launching safely.

Timeline in calendar weeks (≤ 4 weeks).

Confirm: weekly 30‑min check‑in (Mon–Thu, 9 – 12 pm PT) + NDA.
