Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, develop, and present innovative design solutions that meet client goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality results.
- Collaborate with Senior Designers and Art Directors to maintain consistency and excellence in design.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients’ brands, adhering to their requirements and guidelines.
- Demonstrate exceptional project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision, to achieve outstanding results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in design or an agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, responsive design, digital design, pre-press, concepting, and storyboarding.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
