As a Senior Information Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating and testing security controls, assessing business capabilities, and identifying potential risks. Key Responsibilities: Provide data security consultations to improve awareness and compliance with Enterprise Data Security policies, procedures, and standards Perform remediation of security assessment audit issues, complex ad-hoc data, and responses to support data security risk management Provide guidance and direction in auditing assessment findings and mitigating controls to improve data security Identify and coordinate data resource portfolio compromises and certifications Provide advanced data aggregation and insights on data security risk exposure Develop and deliver Data Security Education Awareness and Training according to the Enterprise Data Security Program standards Review, draft, and propose control standards for business impact and suggest changes or clarifications as required Conduct security control testing and interviews with stakeholders Assess and interpret internal and Enterprise Data Security policies, procedures, and standards, and provide recommendations for improvement Collaborate and communicate with colleagues, associates, and managers to resolve issues and achieve objectives Requirements: 4+ years of Data Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify valuable opportunities for process improvements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior-level leaders Preferred Qualifications: CISSP, CRISC, or industry equivalent certification Experience with Power BI/Scene to create dashboards and interactive visual reports Related experience with large datasets from various sources Related experience with large enterprise environments and data security What We Offer: Competitive salary ($25-$35/hour) Remote work opportunity Immediate start date available Opportunity to work with a thriving team and contribute to the success of Wells Fargo Ready to Apply?
