As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, developing and executing the product roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative features to market. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Apple Remote Career platform, aligning with business objectives and market trends. Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Requirements Gathering & Prioritization: Translate market needs and user feedback into detailed product requirements and user stories. Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with the product strategy. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions, measure success, and identify areas for improvement. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and ongoing platform optimization. Product Development & Launch: Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality releases. A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate product hypotheses and optimize performance. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor product performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement data-driven improvements. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest trends in advertising technology and product management. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on advertising technologies (yield management, ad ranking, ad pricing, inventory management, or yield optimization). Analytical Skills: Proven ability to define and track quantifiable success metrics and engage cross-functional teams to achieve them. Client-Centricity: A strong client-centric mindset with the ability to identify and prioritize user needs and pain points. Technical Proficiency: Excellent understanding of SQL and experience analyzing large-scale datasets to derive insights, assess results, identify product opportunities, and measure success. Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate results and opportunities to cross-functional teams and leadership. Proactive & Results-Oriented: Proactive, inquisitive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
