As a key member of our team, you will ensure the quality and stability of our games across various platforms, with a focus on iOS and Android. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute QA strategies, identify and resolve complex issues, and drive the development of high-quality games. Responsibilities: Test game functionality and performance across Android/iOS devices and other customer platforms Triage and resolve complex issues, collaborating with engineering teams and producers to identify requirements and develop test plans Define test coverage, create and maintain test cases, report test results, and assess readiness to ship throughout the software development lifecycle Work with partners and stakeholders to utilize and improve our testing tools Investigate product quality, usability, and system limitations Requirements: Passion for video games with a commitment to excellence 4+ years of industry experience in QA (preferably in the gaming industry) Minimum 3 years of hands-on testing mobile games experience Excellent iOS/Android testing experience Professional knowledge of technical requirements, tools, and methodologies Experience translating requirements into effective test cases Proven experience with test planning for complex features/systems Ability to work independently, thrive in a detail-oriented environment, and take ownership of solutions Experience with JIRA, TestRail, and TCM tools Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams, review partner test results, and maintain high-quality products Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence through feedback, championing and enhancing the user experience Deep understanding of accessibility requirements and testing techniques Experience with Unity Editor and Perforce Bonus Skills: Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master and/or Product Owner, ISTQB Experience with Xcode, using IPAs, and pulling device logs Experience with continuous integration systems We encourage you to apply, even if you don't feel like a perfect match.
