Position Overview:
The Senior Recruiter – Accounting & Finance will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent to support our consulting, interim, and direct hire practices. This role is ideal for a driven and experienced recruiting professional with a strong agency background and a deep understanding of the accounting and finance talent landscape. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is skilled at managing full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple functions and levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for accounting and finance roles, including interim consultants, direct hire, and executive search placements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and consulting leaders to understand hiring needs, timelines, and client expectations.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs.
• Maintain a deep bench of high-quality candidates through ongoing networking, relationship-building, and talent mapping.
• Lead candidate outreach, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to continually improve the recruiting experience and outcomes.
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience that reflects the firm’s values and client service standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of agency recruiting experience, with a focus on accounting and finance roles.
• Proven success placing candidates across all levels, from staff accountants to CFOs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and rapport with candidates and clients alike.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple searches in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, and sourcing tools.
