Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute social media strategies to promote brand awareness and engagement.
? Create, schedule, and manage content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
? Monitor trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
? Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community interaction.
? Collaborate with the team to highlight fundraising efforts, events, and success stories.
? Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
? Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
? Excellent communication and creative content development skills.
? Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for maximum engagement.
? Experience with graphic design, video editing, or copywriting is a plus.
