What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Manage renewal processes and maintain strong service relationships with clients and agents
– Gather and analyze data to compile marketing packages and manage communications for existing accounts
– Develop new account sales and collaborate with marketing to execute strategies in assigned territories
– Present proposals and obtain client signoffs on administrative service agreements
– Mentor and lead team members in partner plan and account relationship management

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare insurance/program management, customer service, or technology-related industry, with 2 years in direct sales and marketing
– Must obtain Department of Insurance Licensure within 60 days of hire
– Knowledge of sales principles and techniques, effective customer service, and organizational skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
