You will be instrumental in building and maintaining a robust and diverse product selection, ultimately expanding our customer base and market reach.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deep Marketplace Expertise & Competitive Intelligence: Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace landscape, including seasonal trends, global dynamics, and competitor activities. Proactively monitor competitor strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Strategic Seller Acquisition & Development: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential sellers to our platform through targeted outreach, industry events, and compelling presentations.
  • Seller Enablement & Best Practice Advocacy: Provide guidance and support to sellers, sharing data-driven insights and best practices in online selling to optimize their product listings, delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and overall business success.
  • Internal & External Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to address seller challenges, resolve issues, and foster strong working relationships.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Analyze marketplace data to identify product selection gaps, inform go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and measure the effectiveness of seller engagement initiatives.
  • Market Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Stay abreast of emerging market trends and technologies to proactively identify opportunities for product innovation and marketplace expansion.
  • Pricing Strategy Support: Contribute to the development and refinement of pricing strategies to ensure competitive pricing and optimal product profitability.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-3 years of proven success in a sales-oriented role, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets through a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Passion for promoting new and innovative merchandise to new markets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a strong working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Workspace applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous environment and a strong desire for achievement and success.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, with polished written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with a comfortable understanding of complex economic data.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively through speaking, writing, and negotiation.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of direct experience in the e-commerce sector.
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer electronics purchasing or merchandising.
  • 3+ years of experience in direct sales.
