Job Summary:
We are seeking qualified and enthusiastic substitute teachers to join our team in the USA. Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging and effective instruction to students in elementary and middle school settings
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with school staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Current Illinois Teaching Certificate (Elementary and Middle School)
- Training and/or experience with elementary students
- Broad-based knowledge of curriculum, teaching methodologies, and assessment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualification Tiers:
- Tier 1: Candidates with teaching credentials, certified in Illinois ($110 for the first 10 days, $150 per day thereafter)
- Tier 2: Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and no teaching credentials (will need SUB certificate) ($100 per day for the first 10 days, $150 per day thereafter)
