What you will be doing:
  • Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs;
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements;
  • Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews;
  • Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager;
  • Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork;
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process;
  • Conducting Onboarding, offboarding and employee related internal processes.
 
You May Be a Good Fit If You:
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and feel comfortable talking to native English speakers on a daily basis;
  • Previous experience with recruitment and selection of technical and business positions;
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships.
