We Need Someone Who Can Take Ideas From Concept to Scale Autonomously. You MUST be able to work independently through the entire product lifecycle:
• Conceptualize solutions from business requirements with minimal guidance
• Design system architecture that supports current needs and future growth
• Build end-to-end products without hand-holding or micro-management
• Ship production-ready solutions with proper testing and monitoring
• Scale systems to handle 10x, 100x, 1000x growth seamlessly
• Technical Decision Making: Choose technologies, frameworks, and architectures independently
• Problem-Solving Leadership: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions proactively
• Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality, security, and performance without oversight
• Deployment Management: Handle CI/CD, monitoring, and production maintenance autonomously

Backend Mastery (Expert Level Required)
• Node.js/FastAPI/Python: 3+ years building enterprise microservices
