Technical Delivery Lead – Remote Opportunity

We’re seeking an exceptional Technical Delivery Lead to oversee the intake, planning, and execution of technical projects, ensuring seamless implementation of frameworks, effective quarterly planning, and adherence to best practices. As a key member of our team, you will blend technical expertise with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to drive project success and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement frameworks for project intake, prioritization, and tracking, managing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) across all phases.
  • Coordinate and execute quarterly planning processes to align project goals with organizational objectives and resource availability.
  • Apply PMO frameworks and best practices, including resource allocation and capacity management, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Provide frameworks for technology leaders to monitor project status, including key metrics, progress, and performance indicators.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management practices and overall efficiency.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $115,000 to $135,000 + 10% bonus

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in software development and progressively responsible roles in project delivery or management
  • Knowledge of system architecture, APIs, and design principles
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and DevOps practices
  • Experience leading Agile teams and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks
