As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about benefits at Google .<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Manage the design, manufacturing, and installation of prefabricated assemblies for data center construction in North America.</li><li>Be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer needs while maintaining end-to-end responsibility from construction to deployment.</li><li>Resolve critical issues within the matrix organization while maintaining adherence to project timelines and costs. Drive consensus and compromise while engaging with customers, cross-functional partners, and other internal organizations.</li><li>Work independently on difficult construction challenges requiring in-depth analysis and evaluation of business situations. Communicate project information and updates to Googlers and leadership appropriately.</li><li>Facilitate the creation of new pre-fabricated assemblies through electrical and mechanical work packaging.
