Job Summary

The Technical Sales Manager position is responsible for creating new clients and leads, as well as adding services to existing clients. This is a 100% remote position, and we are only considering local candidates in the Boca Raton, FL area. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for business development, sales, client relationships, technical support, and customer management. You will also be required to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally, to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development and Sales: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their needs and providing exceptional customer service. Make presentations to various groups as needed.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients as needed, acting as a technical representative during initial contact.
  • Customer Management: Manage client relationships, working with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
