As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our clients and driving the success of our innovative payment solutions.

Job Summary: We’re expanding our client support to a 24/7 format and seeking a Technical Support Specialist to work the night shift (00:00 – 09:00 GTM+3). As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch support to clients integrating with our platform, perform quality control and testing, maintain integration FAQs, and assist in the development of integration documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients during the integration process
- Conduct quality control and testing of integrations
- Maintain and update integration FAQs
- Support system operations and troubleshoot issues using logs
- Assist in the development of integration documentation
Requirements:
- Specialized technical education or relevant experience
- Knowledge of HTTP, client-server architecture, and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems using logs
- Proficiency in Russian and English languages (B2 level or higher)
- Familiarity with Postman, Kibana, Azure, and Microsoft .NET (advantageous)
