What We’re Looking For:
Sift is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Training Content Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality technical training materials to support our corporate training initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in technical content development, a thorough understanding of business and technical concepts, and the ability to effectively translate complex information into clear, engaging training content.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive technical training materials, including e-learning modules, tutorials, guides, and assessments.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical content and ensure accuracy.

Design engaging and interactive learning experiences that meet organizational guidelines and deadlines.

Utilize various tools and platforms to produce and publish training content.

Maintain and update existing training materials to reflect new technologies and processes.

Work independently and autonomously to manage multiple projects and meet delivery timelines.
Required:
-
Minimum of 4 years of experience in content development or training development.

Have a technical background (especially in a sales role, having been a solutions engineer or a sales engineer) or understanding of technical concepts with the ability to grasp new technical topics quickly.

Proven experience developing corporate training content for multiple audiences (internal and external: customers and partners) ideally in a technical or software environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Has a portfolio of written and video technical content.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently, being a self-starter, and meeting deadlines.

Can juggle multiple work-streams at the same time, allocating time and energy between them to obtain the needed outcomes.
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience working with Absorb LMS and Articulate 360.

Proficiency with TechSmith tools such as Camtasia and Snagit.

Knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices in online training.

Familiarity with multimedia production and editing.

A Bachelor’s degree in IT or Software Engineering is a bonus, but not required.
