Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, with the ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. You will work closely with our product development and engineering teams to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into accessible content for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain user manuals, online help documentation, and technical specifications for our products.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand product functionality.
• Create and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency, ensuring it meets the needs of our target audience.
• Organize and structure documentation to enhance usability and accessibility.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve documentation quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively.
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar software.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development processes is a plus.
