Are you a motivated, persuasive communicator with a passion for building relationships? As a Telemarketer and key member of a State Farm Agent's team, you will connect with prospective and current customers to introduce State Farm products and services. Work from the comfort of your home while playing a critical role in helping our agency grow. Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective and current clients using provided leads. • Educate customers about State Farm products and services to meet their insurance and financial needs. • Schedule appointments for potential policy reviews with the agent. • Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport and understanding client needs. • Meet or exceed established performance goals, including call quotas and sales targets.
