About the Position This temporary part-time support position is an exciting opportunity to join a research team focused on examining the impact of social media on adolescents' mental health. The role involves project administration, research support, and collaboration with the principal investigator, undergraduate research assistants, and other team members. Responsibilities Maintain and file forms and documents related to the project Interact regularly with the principal investigator and attend project and lab meetings Organize meeting notes and track undergraduate research assistants' lab hours Assist with recruitment materials, data collection, and data labeling and tagging Requirements Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse communities and backgrounds General computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software Ability to work under deadlines with general guidance Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to work with adolescents and their families Nice-to-Haves Four-year college degree in social science studies or related field Experience in conducting social and behavioral research with adolescents and families Familiarity with research software and databases including Excel, Qualtrics, SPSS/R/SAS/Python Capacity to work non-standard, extended or weekend hours Benefits Flexible work arrangements including schedule and/or work location Healthy work-life balance encouraged by the University Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to a meaningful research project!
