About the Role: We're looking for a dedicated and experienced educator to provide targeted support to Title I students, helping them bridge the gap in reading and math skills. As a Title I Tutor, you'll work closely with classroom teachers, Building Administrators, and other stakeholders to identify student needs, develop instructional plans, and track progress. Responsibilities: Administer reading and math tests to identify student achievement levels Collaborate with teachers and administrators to determine instructional needs and develop plans Provide individualized and small-group instruction in reading and math Maintain accurate records and track student progress Assist with data collection and reporting for state and federal agencies Participate in professional development, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences Requirements: Minimum of 32 core college credits or a minimum score of 460 on the ParaPro Praxis Knowledge and skills in teaching math and reading, including phonetic pronunciation Ability to administer standardized tests and work with students, staff, and the public Computer skills, including word processing, email, and spreadsheets Previous experience preferred, but not required What We Offer: Competitive salary: $15.32 - $16.08 per hour, depending on experience Benefits package, in accordance with Board policy Opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives Flexible, remote work arrangement Equal Opportunity Employer: Idaho Falls School District 91 is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
