Position Overview Start Date: Immediate openings available Company: Optum, part of the UnitedHealth Group family of businesses Compensation: Competitive salary range of $58,300 to $114,300 annually, plus sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits package Location: Remote, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. Position: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday About the Role Responsibilities Deliver remote care to patients through our 8-week evidence-based program Monitor participant progress and provide follow-up communications and care coordination recommendations Document session notes and maintain accurate records Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with supervisors, monthly team meetings, and Town Halls Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA policies Requirements Current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patients (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday) Clinical experience conducting psychotherapy utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused approaches (preferred) What We Offer Competitive salary range of $58,300 to $114,300 annually Sign-on bonus of $5,000 after 30 days Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and more Opportunities for professional growth and development Flexible, remote work environment How to Apply If you are a motivated and compassionate licensed therapist looking to make a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply now.
