As a Senior Manager, WFM Scheduling & Intraday, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce management strategies and fostering a positive organizational culture.


Job Summary: The Senior Manager, Contact Center WFM Scheduling & RTA will develop and implement dynamic scheduling solutions, analyze data and trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes. Your expertise in workforce management, demand planning, and scheduling will enable you to make strategic decisions and drive accountable performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and implement dynamic scheduling solutions to address business problems
  • Analyze data and trends, providing practical insights to senior leadership and the team
  • Promote a culture of accountable performance, examining and communicating underlying causes, and eliminating inconsistencies
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders, operational managers, finance professionals, and external partners to meet goals
  • Utilize workforce management software, including NICE IEX, Five9, and Intradiem

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management or Demand Planning & Scheduling
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team of WFM/Data Analytics professionals
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior leaders and external partners
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • High emotional intelligence and problem-resolution skills
  • Experience in 24/7, Multi-Site, Omnichannel Contact Center and Back-Office Workforce Management
