About the Role:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing strategies to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities in your assigned territory. You will perform account planning, coordinate with pre-sales and other resources, and initiate and support sales of Workday solutions to Medium Enterprise prospects. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and service forecast data
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP, HCM, Financial, Planning, or Analytics solutions to C-level executives. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, and the ability to leverage and partner with internal team members on account strategies.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions to C-level executives
- Proven track record of success in a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting and closing opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends
