About the Role
In this high-impact position, you’ll develop and execute a channel strategy that optimizes growth for Amazon Pharmacy, focusing on health systems and health provider groups. You’ll build and maintain senior executive relationships, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and enhance the provider and patient experience. Your expertise in building compelling value propositions, driving business development processes, and leveraging creativity to overcome obstacles will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and maintain senior executive relationships
- Focus on large, complex opportunities across the business development lifecycle
- Provide thought leadership and drive action around business development processes and methodology
- Drive efficiencies and focus across the team
- Collaborate with internal executive resources and support the product and tech roadmap
- Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed go-to-market strategies
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- 7+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
- 10+ years of experience in the prescriber channel or business development strategy and operations
- 7+ years of experience building relationships and influencing at the C-level of Fortune 50 customers
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive goals to completion
- Decision-making, creative problem-solving, and negotiation skills
