You will help to coordinate the tuition cases with parents and tutors.
You are a strong team player, a fast learner, and a self-starter, and are interested in education and online learning.
Responsibilities:
– Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and whatsapps
– Maintain customer relationships
– Interviewing tutors & brief tutor profile to parents
– Achieving Individual/ Team Target
– Other Ad-Hoc duties
Requirements:
– Strong sales & customer service skills
– Speaks fluent English
– Bonus if able to speak and write Mandarin
– Highly motivated & have a positive attitude
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel
– You are expected to possess your own laptop
– No working experience required as on the job training provided
