Key Responsibilities: Â Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, email management, and task prioritization. Â Create professional presentations and reports efficiently. Â Manage and optimize workflows using AI and automation tools to improve processes. Â Research and develop content for projects, proposals, and internal communications. Â Coordinate with customers, vendors, and clients for follow-ups and support. Â Train and teach team members on tools, processes, and workflows as needed. Â Manage content within CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Â Maintain and update documentation related to processes, projects, and procedures. Â Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and deploying new tools for the team. Qualifications: Â Current or former teacher with a proven track record of excellence in administrative or educational roles. Â Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards of quality. Â Proficient in AI and automation tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies quickly. Â Strong verbal and written communication skills. Â Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
