Position Overview: As a Remote Special Education Teacher, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering personalized educational experiences for students with diverse needs. This is a flexible 1099 contractor position, allowing you to work from anywhere in North Carolina while making a difference in students lives.
Key Responsibilities:
 Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
 Deliver engaging and effective virtual instruction tailored to each studentÂs learning style
 Collaborate with parents, educators, and support staff to foster a positive learning environment
 Assess student progress and modify instructional approaches as necessary
 Keep accurate records of student performance and communication
Qualifications:
 Active North Carolina Special Education Teaching License
 Experience in special education and familiarity with IEP development
 Excellent communication and organizational skills
 Comfort with virtual teaching tools and online learning platforms
