About the position
Responsibilities
• Cultivate relationships with decision makers in client organizations through consultative solution-selling.
• Support all stages of the sales process while collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and quotas.
• Promote relationships with decision makers to secure new business and maximize service value.
• Oversee the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to closing, maintaining accurate forecasts in CRM.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client prospects, offering solutions that address their goals and customer experience challenges.
Requirements
• 10+ years’ experience in a BPO sales environment, particularly in outsourced customer care services or fraud prevention & detection solutions.
• Verifiable experience selling into the Retail, Travel, or Hospitality verticals.
• Consistent success in meeting targets for multi-year, multi-million-dollar deals with knowledge of tech-enabled services that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ability to develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations and influence purchasing decisions focused on Customer Experience.
• Experience in meeting, selling, and closing on channel partners while identifying new ones.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in an evolving environment.
